We've stayed here before and would definitely come back. Hosts were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. The location is conveniently located between the Mount and Papamoa. It's a flat 1.5km walk to the beach at Omanu Suff club or a 3 min drive. Very close to Bayfair Mall, Bay Wave pools.

Loved the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable (there was 4 of us). They were clean and tidy. Once we were in our room considering it was on the main road was really quiet. Pip was awesome to deal with very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The bonus for me was having ample towels as most motels i have stayed at usually provides 3x towels for 4 people lol. Overall great place.

The owners were really understanding when we had a room mix up. Had smart TV so we could watch netflix without our laptop, and had WiFi too. Also had a spa bath and lots of hot drink sachet choices.
