Wasn't aware there was no reception area and keys were in a safe with code etc and lady on reception button at front spoke to me as if I should know this when she finally answered on my 2nd call has to call back again for safe code This was the only hiccup we had because apart from that our stay was absolutely superb.

Service was great. Lady in the office was very friendly. The view was outstanding and loved how much space there was.kitchen facilities were great. Having 2 bathrooms also was a perk for us with having 4 stay.

The keys were in a safe and i was not provided with the code ahead of arriving. I had to wait 15 mins until someone answered the phone in order to tell me the code.
