5 minute walk to the public beach. Huge space with a queen bed upstairs and a single bed in the main area. Takeaway Chinese restaurant 5min walk away

The pool was a definite hit, the beds were comfortable and there were beautiful flowers outside our downstairs bedroom. The location was good.

The motel is slightly further out of Mt Maunganui, but it's only a 6km drive straight along the esplanade to the mount. We found a lovely wine bar close by the motel and the Bayfair Shopping Mall just down the road. The rooms were spotless and serviced daily. The pool was available until 7.30pm each night. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. Sky TV was also available and 1 car parking space right outside the room. Microwave and hairdryer also available.

Property was well located next to Bayfair and a short drive to the main roads, but not so close that it was noisy. The staff were fantastic and rooms well kept. The price was fair.
