Great location to attend a concert at the racecourse. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The studio was small but fine for a short stay. The local shopping village was great for meals and coffees. Absolutely recommend Mr Curtis restaurant.

Beds were fantastic - super comfortable. Bathroom was nicely set up too. Living space and kitchen were very small but hardly spent any time at the accommodation so this wasn't really a problem.

Location, close to quiet beach and good shopping in Mount Martha village. There was plenty of space in the bedroom and kitchen/ living room. The small outdoor space was adequate for breakfast or supper. We liked the modern and simple furnishings; no clutter.

The property was quite new, so everything was in new condition. It was very spacious (we had booked a studio), and had absolutely everything we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and provided breakfast for the two mornings of our stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was also a bonus as we had been travelling for a couple of weeks. We could walk to the local pub for dinner if required.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Basically across the road from a lovely beach (quite a few steps down and up but worth it), and close to both Mt Martha and Mornington for shops and restaurants etc. and more beaches. Would definitely stay here again. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed as well as a good sized lovely courtyard.
