A beautiful property in a peaceful location. Our room was comfortable and the space to prepare and eat meals was well organised. The cafe at the top of the road was an added bonus, Mount Glorious Cafe. Lucy's home made cookies also went down well.

The lodge is a beautiful Queenslander located near the top of Mount Glorious on the eastern side of the mountain. Form our room we had a breathtaking view of Brisbane City and Moreton Bay on the horizon. Beautiful gardens in a quiet area with lots of birds and a peaceful atmosphere. Lovely room with high ceilings, comfortable bed and a real old-school charm. The very well appointed kitchen is adjacent to the spacious communal area in the main building. Lucy's friendly and welcoming way (despite a very late arrival) made us feel very much at home.

We liked the set out of the Lodge. It was good to be able to relax in the lounge, cook dinner in the kitchen and eat in the dining alcove. The hosts Jo and Lucy were welcoming and helpful. E were most incompetent lighting the gas stove and they were there to help each time. The rooms were very comfortable, the bedding cosy and warm.

Rooms were comfortable and well appointed with access to a large balcony with great views of Brisbane city. The shared kithen and dining/lounge facilities were spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything required for cooking even the most elaborate meals with several seating options for small or larger groups. The surrounding trees and gardens made a great setting with numerous birds species. The owners, Joe and Lucy, were welcoming but unobtrusive.

This was our second visit. It's a beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage is cosy and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and attractively presented. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Loved the location, easy self check-in, privacy of our own self-contained cottage and beautiful rainforest walks within close walking proximity. And the pool for post walk swim. Waking up to sounds of Kookaburras was lovely. Lucy's amazing macademia nut cookies are amazing, and the lovely welcome note.

The best property we stayed at along the East Coast. Stunning rooms, luxury bedding & toiletries. Fully equipped shared kitchen & beautiful common areas. Friendly owners & amazing location amongst the wildlife. Short drive to Samson village with supermarkets, cafes and small shopping area. Cannot recommend this lodge enough.

Beautiful surroundings - sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze and the view. Spacious, comfortable room furnished in old-world luxury. Generous shared kitchen and living room. Close to rainforest walks and Phoenix Sculpture Park. Very friendly and welcoming hosts!
