The fine print
From June to September, the snack bar closes at 21:30.Our village is pedestrian, you will find three public parking lots at the entrance of the village (HUBAC 1 - HUBAC 2 - HUBAC 3) . We provide our cart from 8am to 8pm to accompany you during check-in and check-out. Please contact us when you arrive and we will pick you up with the golf cart.All suites and some rooms are located 1 minute walk away from the main building.Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that pet will incur an additional charge of 25€ per day.The property’s reception opening hours are:
– From 8 AM till 6 PM and until 11 PM from May till September only.Please note that the bar loundge is open from 3 PM till 9 PM from May till October and until 11 PM for September only.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location, hotel, house rental and facilities were all wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive. Pool was well heated in October as the weather was cooling down, making it useable and enjoyable.

Seriously one of my favourite boutique hotels I have stayed at !!! The location, team, rooms and facilities were of very high standard. The eye to detail in the design, upkeep and cleanliness was perfect. Stayed for 5 nights and used it as a great base to visit the surrounding region and obviously to walk the beautiful old town. #willbeback

This property is situated right in the heart of old Mougins! It is beautifully renovated but be aware there are stairs and no lifts. The staff are excellent and will help you with your luggage. We had a lovely welcome from Antoine.

Mougins village is gorgeous with amazing restaurants, art galleries and boutique shops. The hotel is very small and the pool area is very quiet which we loved. The sunbeds by the pool were very comfortable. We stayed in a beautiful village house which was really comfortable and well equipped. It was a few minutes from the hotel. It did have a small balcony off the main bedroom but no other outdoor space.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and great communal facilities which we were really able to enjoy as there were very few guests. The breakfast is limited but good value- given the limited options in the town - worth having. Note that there is no grocery store in the town so bring snacks etc with you.
