I had an excellent stay at Villa Park! The view was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view of the lake, comfortable room and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The customer service was top-notch, especially Mr. Teo, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and informative. He went above and beyond, providing us with a map of Mostar and guiding us on the best attractions and how to get there.

‘Vila Park’ Hotel may only be rated as a 3 star hotel but the welcome we received from Teo was 5 star. Teo highlighted some of the good places to visit and eat. The room we had(#7) was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the most amazing view over the Neretva River. As per a previous review, it was lovely going to sleep with the sound of the river. The room itself was better than we expected from a 3 star hotel. It had the necessities such as a fridge/safe/wardrobe/AC. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can make a cup of tea downstairs in the old ‘bar’ area. We had a hire car and were able to park outside the hotel for free(with the help of Teo when we arrived). We thought it was in a really good area of Mostar(not too touristy), with some good cheaper eateries close by and supermarkets not too far either. Takes about 10-15mins to walk to the ‘Old Bridge’ area.

The view from the Balcony was awesome......room had all amenities...spacious..with WiFi and Aircon and towels...and lot of storage and very clean... Was very well guided during check in...and an excellent value for money too.. Just 5 minutes walk to the Mostar East Bus Station...and 10 minutes to the Old Bridge.... I will visit again !

The hotel is about 600m easy walking distance to bus/train stations as well as the old town and old bridge. Teo, the manager is friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the area, since he worked as tour guide before. The restaurant next door serve good food at reasonable price. It opens at 07.00. I was given a room with balcony along the river and could enjoy the sound of flowing water in the river.
