Fantastic location near the Old Bridge, yet away from the crowds and noise. Elevator the building, great reception staff who are prompt and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. She was very kind and gave lots of information about the city and surrounding area. The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to the Old Town. The rooms are large and modern with everything you need. Great location close about 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and about 10 mins to the main bus station. Places to eat and drink nearby and a good supermarket almost next door to the hotel.

Amazing town, amazing hotel, very central location, next to mail tourist attraction - Old Bridge. Very clean and moder hotel. Spottles room, bathroom. Everything includes for you comfy stay, mini bar, coffee maker, even flipflops. Decent breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff members. My only mistake - I stayed only for one night. Needed to stay for 3 nights at least. Definitely will come back.

Everything is PERFECT at this hotel, the location, the rooms, the breakfast and the amazing staff! From the check-in until checkout, the staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good stay. Such a welcoming environment for a family- we will return for sure and recommend others!

This place exceeded all expectation. Close to Old Town and also located in a quite road away from hustle. Staff are extremely helpful and lovely especially - Indira. Hotel room we booked was studio apartment which was massive in size. Very very clean. Hotel is 10/10 When it comes down to hygiene levels. Would recommend to all family amd friends.

We have stayed in the hotel one night with our family. The location was very good. We can see the Mostar Bridge from our window. The room was clean enough. We have stayed in the family room, and the size of the room was good.

Location. It’s on the East side of the river. The hotel is on quiet street away from the busy old town but the location just very short walk to old town or the old bridge.
