This is a hotel with a lot of potential. It could really be perfect if a few shortcomings were corrected. A wonderful, friendly and ready to help staff works here. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and clean every day. The hotel has an excellent location. On top of that, there is a spa and a small pool, which you can freely use.... The bad thing is that in the description of the hotel on booking.com it is stated that the room equipment includes an ironing set. Not only is there no iron, but additionally you have to pay for ironing each item. There is no kettle so you won't make your own tea in the room (I attach a photo from the information book located in the room 😉). If you go to the restaurant to pick up for example a tee you have to take a debit card or money because it is not possible to add to the bill and pay on departure. In the spa there was often no service so you could not get a locker key in the locker room.

The hotel is located near the Old Town and is quite comfortable, with cozy beds, friendly staff, and cleanliness., wery good WIFI. The sauna and pool were fine but were only open until 8 PM. Overall, the stay was decent, but I expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.

The localisation above the town, however, you have to climb up from the Stari Grad to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Wide choices for breakfast. Sauna, swimming pool. Nice view from balcony. Spacy room and balcony.

Great hotel, very near city centre. A bit downhill and you are already at the famous bridge. Offers swimming pool and free parking. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Food selection is good. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Great location close to old bridge with free parking (where I also left my car after I checked out and went for a walk). Good view, but that also means some noise from the main road. Service friendly staff, that allowed me to book a massage after check-out, without extra fee
