Room was exceptionally clean, good size and staff were friendly & helpful. Location is easy walking distance to everything you need, or bus stop only metres away.

The room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. I really liked how the toilet had a separate door leading off the bathroom which meant 2 doors between the bedroom and lots of privacy. Simple facilities were good, there was everything you might need like a small round table with 2 chairs, small fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, etc, ironing board & iron. Parking directly outside your room and a security gate after 9pm was also useful.

Close to centre of Mornington and all cafes, eateries, beach and grocery facilities. Motorised gate to lock car behind.
