Breakfast was wholesome and delicious! Place was cozy and staff was very welcoming and helpful. The 2 minute walking proximity to the best part of Morjim beach is the icing on the cake! Would definitely visit again.

Researched this property quite extensively before deciding to stay here and did not regret the decision. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and have a very tasteful vibe to them. The beach is about a minute’s walk away through a shack next door, but one cannot complain. The staff is very friendly and it’s a pleasure eating breakfast next to the in-house dog. The breakfast spread is not extensive, but is wholesome and nutritious, and lunch/dinner are not available options, but that’s no problem at all. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The only aspects that could be improved are lighting in the bathroom and more opaque curtains so that the sunshine does not disturb in the morning.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, specially Madhuri at the front desk. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner Maymi who was super helpful and used her network to get us entry into a fully booked restaurant. The property is in a great and serene location and a two minutes walk from a lovely beach with sumptuous food available at the shacks. The cottages are aesthetically built and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is awesome.
