Modern, comfortable and clean property. Really comfy firm beds. Location right above the Morioka Bus Center which makes it conveniently accessible and there is ample parking too. We were worried that our room size at 19sqm would be too squeezy with 2 large luggages but it turned out fine. The Front Desk lady (I think her name was Nina or Lina) was very warm and helpful, taking time to chat with us and provide recommendations for the city sights. We booked the room with terrace and it was lovely hanging out there watching the sunrise, sunset and night view.

Staff were extremely helpful providing info on restaurants nearby and sourcing taxis for us. Property was well appointed and had the jazz club on the evening we were there was great.
