Please specify the number and ages of children who will be staying by using the Special Requests box when booking.Children under 10 years of age stay free with parents. Children over 10 are charged GBP 10 per child.The hotel does not have its own car park. However, there are 2 pay and display car parks in the village and they charge a nominal fee for parking. The closest one is 100 metres away, situated in Station Road Car Park.Check-in later than 22:00 must be approved by the property in advance, as there is no night reception.Please note damage caused by the guest during their stay will be charged for.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We had a lovely time in an old property (and village) that has a lot of history and has been furnished to a high standard. The lounge bar and dining room looks very cozy and pretty and we had the room with the four poster bed shown in the picture above (No.1). Comfy sleep and the bathroom has a shower over the bath. Food was good and the staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area another time.

Our stay at The White Hart Hotel was fantastic! What we especially fancied was the staff which was warm and welcoming, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided for our dog. As a whole the hotel had a lovely ambiance, making it a comfortable and enjoyable getaway for our family.

Lovely Hotel, decorated well… Evening meal was delicious & so was breakfast The staff were very friendly albeit very busy & having to manage a lot with the staff they had! Room was lovely… I suppose if I’m being picky it was very warm & that’s unusual for me to say! We couldn’t adjust the radiator… We didn’t speak to anyone so to be fair they may have been able to turn the heating off! We opened the window to cool us down… Would definitely return & recommend

We were walking theDevon Way so only stayed for one night. On arrival the staff were very friendly day and efficient showing us to our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room a pleasant temperature. There was a good choice at breakfast served in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
