This place really exceeded my expectations, the staff were really great, the room was absolutely amazing, good comfy beds, and really clean! The pools were absolutely beautiful, and it felt very welcoming. 10/ 10 would come back.

Perfect location for us as the Harley Davidson shop was right next door ( we had travelled to get our bike serviced) The whole property has a security fence around it and PIN code entry and exit which was fantastic. The heated thermal pool was amazing after a long ride.

Freshly refurbished room. Great noodle shop across the road. Lovely to have easy access to both artesian hot and cold pools. Helpful and friendly manager.

The facilities are updated, fresh and welcoming. The staff are friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all. Rooms are inviting and well stocked with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar ect. The hot pools are amazing!

The artesian pool was amazing, just what was needed after a long day of driving. The staff were lovely and helpful - with great advice on the pools and dinner options.. The locked gates were good. The vision the new management have for the place is great. The older rooms were clean and comfortable but even better when they are updated.

The the hot /cold pool are excellent and great at the end of a long day. There are key coded gates to gain access to the sites which keeps premises secure. Also walking distance to get meals and coffee shop across the road that is open early in the morning.
