The man on the front desk was fantastic, very friendly, greeted with a smile and a chat. The room was very fresh and clean and the airconditioner was on to cool the room on a very hot day

To be fair, this is our second stay at the Golden Harvest, and we will probably visit again. The location is prefect, there is plenty of parking, the rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities are excellent, but we thought we had ordered a king size bed, but were given a "large double" which wasn't quite a queen size, which surprised me as i didn't think there was a size in between the two. I didn't rate the staff more highly, because we never actually had a face to face with them. They phoned us up whilst enroute, we made payment, and they arranged for the key to be delivered. There were no complaints so we had no need to discuss issues with them. We used the chinese restaurant next door, which was also excellent.
