Very friendly owner ,clean,good value ,excellent breakfast ,comfortable bed ,good location . Compact shower / toilet room with the sink located in the bedroom

Ed was extremely helpful during my stay. The breakfast was very nice (I had the full English Breakfast). The bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. Situated next to the promenade. A short walk into the town.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. There was a handy parking space behind the guest house and we were welcomed at the door. Our room had a magnificent view and all the comforts you could need including a very comfortable bed with firm pillows. The hotel is in a great position on the promenade. Breakfast was exceptional. To be offered smoked salmon is a treat and the full English looked great. We felt so well looked after by hard working hosts. I can't recommend enough.
