The owners are very friendly without being intrusive. The breakfasts are excellent - a good choice, very well cooked and served piping hot (and with a smile!). Although the single bedroom (room2) is 'compact' it contains everything needed for a comfortable stay, with the bonus of the sea view. I will be back.

Breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choice. Owner was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't have a seaview but our rooms were comfortable and practical. There is additional parking at the rear but we easily found space at the front.

The property is nice, clean, and cosy. The room is fully equipped and has a really nice and comfortable bed. I loved the view from my room. It was amazing to wake up in the morning. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Tasty breakfast in the morning was an added plus. I would recommend it to everyone. The owner was even nice enough to send my earphones that I left in the car back.

Great stay welcomed by John who let us in our room early which we didn't expect. Our room was beautiful the view we loved. Facilities great comfy bed emaculate bedding I was glad of the fan with the warm weather.Plenty of teas ,coffee even crisps and biscuits. Then the breakfasts all freshly done we enjoyed everyone and Edward was afficient with our coffee and toast and perfect service.

Always a friendly welcome and a good breakfast with a great location overlooking the bay. This was my 3rd visit and I'm sure it won't be my last.
