I’ve been here six years ago and coming back is an absolute experience once more. I love their outside heated pool which is an ideal place to relax while enjoying the freezing winter cold. They have ample amount of towels ready for you when needed. The room is spacious enough for a group of 4. Ours has balcony that overlooks the park. The staff are only friendly and accommodating (except for the lady in the pool area cafe which seems to be snobbish when I asked for the price of bottle water, I hope she was just tired for the day).

Liked the pool, we had great support & breakfast. Staff were pleasant , they were enjoying their work The tub in rm 577 was brand new.., bed felt great Room was clean

Nice room, some of the entire facility seemed a bit dated, but it was clean. We were here in the middle of a week long road trip, so this was a pleasant diversion to relax and take it easy.

The staff at the hotel restaurant always go above and beyond for their guests. Excellent service and tasty meals. The mineral spa has been recently renovated and seemed clean and functional.
