Love the location. Many shops and restaurants to choose from. Great ocean views. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Only dislike - the mattress was too soft for me

Location is fabulous, staff were accomodating and lovely, bathtub with spa function was great. Indoor pool and gym was fantastic. We love staying here.

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to find me a memory foam pillow, to help me sleep. Room was clean. Sadly our apartment was dark and quite gloomy. No window in the bedroom. As it was on the side of the block be aware of the service road below and Apartment blocks around were very noisy air conditioning units. Swimming pools were good. Was strange having a spa in cold water though. Free Parking a great bonus as well. Would recommend but it certainly was no frills accommodation.

Very poor wifi - kept dropping out when casting to TV. Washer/dryer would only do wash cycle. Maintenance staff very quick to respond and try to rectify. Very limited kitchen equipment- no microwave dishes, salad bowls platters . Basic but clean accommodation with friendly staff.

Location is nice & handy to coffee shops/eateries on the esplanade with the added bonus of Coles & a bakery next door. We also enjoy the short stroll to swim at the beach & love the beach front board walks.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Plenty of space and a fully operational kitchen. The balcony areas were lovely as was the master suite. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
