Most facilities were fully functional and clean on arrival: kitchen (incl. fridge, cooktop, water, cookware/tableware), shower, toilet, air conditioner, ceiling fans. There was a nice view from the balcony, many plants and flowers in good condition. The apartment was quiet and did not let much neighbours' noise inside. The air was fresh. The location was within a relatively easy walk to all Mooloolaba beaches and sights, also allowing a short bus trip alternative.

The unit itself was lovely, roomy and comfortable. Location was great, easy access to the restaurants, beach etc.
