The staff is really nice and very gentle. They try to make you feel good and always find a solution for any problems you can have. The hostel is clean and convenient. I recommend it !

Staff were happy to assist with any questions, politely and promptly. Rooms were of a good standard, and we were pleased to have complimentary shower products - including a hairdryer. The outdoor pool was good fun, and all shared facilities were of a high standard. My only feedback is that drinking water wasn't chilled, and sometimes borderline warm, which made it slightly unpleasant and had to use the fridge to chill it. Would be helpful to have a chiller set up.

I've stayed here for quite some time when it was still the old owner. This place has changed.. in a way it could have probably not done much better and before the change it's already been good.

Staff really friendly at both check in and out. Spacious outdoor area - great for meal times. Bus stop right outside. The beach just a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants to be found there too.

Really nice area, close to the beach, swimming pool was good under the hot weather, the rooms had air-con and were clean and new, felt like a hotel, Staff was really nice, kitchen pretty big and the common areas were cool You can also hire beginners surfboards for free!!

Good value for money, beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the ensuite bathroom was spacious & clean, and in-room lockers were useful. The common areas/pool were nice, although I didn't spend much time there! It's a 10 minute walk down to the beach and main shopping area, so a decent location to explore Mooloolaba, and less than 10 minute walk from the Greyhound stop. I got lucky and ended up sharing a 4-bed dorm with only one other person, so maybe my experience was better because of that, but I slept very well and massively appreciated the plugs & reading light by each of the beds. The social aspect of the hostel seemed to be good - it was cheese & wine night whilst I was there, which was a nice touch! Thank you!
