Le Florus was a clean, quiet affordable good small hotel in Paris. Easy short walk from Metro 4 Mairie Montrouge station. Neighborhood was safe and good at least for me. Very large supermarket quite nearby. Staff was also nice and pleasant. Upon checking in early afternoon there was door security but restaurant adjacent is same owners so had no trouble going in and asking them (had a nice lunch there by the way).

Room as advertised, bathroom required some TLC. Good location, very close to Metro . Staff correspondence prior to visit vey prompt/helpful. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful at hotel. Stored luggage on last day as we had a late train booked. Would stay again.
