Clean bedroom and staff were friendly and helpful obtaining lactose free milk for my wife. Breakfast very good including delicacy of Smoked fish

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Used as a base for visiting Stonehaven and for doing the Montrose parkrun. Good was delicious and they had Gluten free menu including sticky toffee pudding
