I booked a room in Villa Toscane but it was closed so I got room in the Royal Palace Montreux across the street. Everything was amazing.

Beautiful view and fantastic location, next to the promenade. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would gladly come again.

We were offered an upgrade to our room, so we spent the weekend at the Royal Plaza, which has a fantastic view of Lake Geneva.

We booked at Villa Toscane, but had to check in at Royal Plaza over the road, and fortunately got upgraded to 2 rooms in the hotel overlooking the lake. Location is exceptional. Our accommodation was superb, but cannot comment on Villa Toscane. If I had known about the hotel, would likely have booked straight with them. Accommodation was very good for family of 5 (2 rooms).

We got a free upgrade so we ended up staying at the Hotel Royal Plaza, the room was beautiful, we made use of the pool and spa facilities which were excellent. We also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant.
