Beautiful view from balcony/window. One of the best localized hotel in Montreux 5min. from train station. Very helpful smiling and welcoming personel. It is good to pay a little bit more and choose privellage room. Very good breakfast witv beautiful view, possible to seat outside during sunny.

Whilst a little dated, this was a great place to stay for two nights. The views of the lake are beautiful, and the staff did whatever they could to assist us, the front desk staff were fantastic!!!! Breakfast, included in the price was also fantastic, and we ate at the restaurant for dinner twice too, with great meals.

Smart hotel in a fantastic location -very close to station and right on the waterfront. We had a large room with a lake view from the sheltered balcony. It was only March but we used the balcony a lot! Wonderful to wake up to such a great view and have a coffee watching it. Huge comfy bed and sofas. Recently refurbished. Shower a little awkward as over the bath - a little old fashioned but otherwise they have done a great job modernising the hotel. We ate in the restaurant - very nice. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend as a great choice of hotel for a weekend in Montreux.

Great location on the lake, room with lake view, close easy walk from the train station. Comfy warm room even when opposite the lifts. Coffee machine in the room.

very well run property, the food at Safran was excellent, perhaps you could explain the menu better in English, as this was not clear.
