The bathroom was a little outdated. The hotel itself is fabulous in a great location and a fantastic buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

Waking up with a view directly on the lake and the mountains behind was just stunning. Beautiful breakfast in big, beautiful hall. This is an old grand hotel: it has seen better days but is still sufficiently comfortable.

What a stunning place to stay for three nights. The room was huge and very clean with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. I made sure to get one with a view. There was no problem getting a kettle from reception and the restaurant even gave me a jug of milk for my tea/coffee. Seeing as there was a fridge this was perfect for a coffee in the morning. The restaurant downstairs is beautiful and what is even better is that there’s a 20% reduction for residents. Because there is a direct train from Geneva airport to Montreux it makes it a perfect place for a beautiful relaxing weekend. The staff were lovely too.

The best part of the property, aside from the GORGEOUS lakeside view, is the staff. Especially Jorge (FO Manager) who gave us the warmest welcome, Anastasia (Receptionist) & Philippe (Concierge). Jorge was always there for us with a big smile and an even bigger heart! He helped us immensely with arranging car parking for us in their private parking which was a huge relief. Thank you again Dream Team ♥️
