it was close to the event I was attending, it was clean and affordable. There was a desk, and wifi. High ceilings and a fan. Clean towels and sheets, and arrival set of shampoo etc. There is a communal laundry with a pay system (although minimum spend is $10, but a load of washing is only 2.5, and same for dryers). Suit people on a budget who are not too precious.

Excellent value, the residence is very conveniently located and rooms are quiet and spacious. Very near the airport bus stop and for accessing all areas of downtown.
