The hotel was in a nice location, close to several public transportation options, including the airport shuttles. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms had all the necessary items for a short stay. The breakfast was excellent, with many options.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, but in different rooms. The room on the 8th floor was better and more spacious, but the hotel offers everything that is needed for a good stay. A small kitchen was very helpful after a long flight. The parking is scary to go down, but at least there is one. Big thanks to the front desk guy who suggested another parking lot when the hotel's was fully booked. The breakfast was also good0 The food was enough and tasty, although not that much varied. Thank you fort his experience!

Great helpful pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast - some gluten free. Only a short block to Theatre district and Metro. Also bus to old city one way or Le Plateau interesting suburbs the other way.

One of your staff Cherif went above and beyond! Cherif helped us with our booking which had been accidentally booked for the previous night when we were staying in Quebec city. He quickly enabled us to get a refund for the wrong booking and rebooked us for the night we were in Montreal. Then upon our arrival he ensured that everything went well for us and helped me with our parking.
