Room are comfortable and not cramped. clean and well furnished. the lighted bathroom was a nice touch and perfect for a late night trip to the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great if a little pricey. I liked the welcome warm cookies at check-in.

The curtains were great for blacking out light. The facilities were new. Location was good, it is in a mall, and closed to Chinatown, many options for food and convenient if need something. About 20 min waking to the port area, with kids.

Bad luck being there when they were holding a gala event. Unbelievable noise, very little done about it.

The staff was on strike. Room was not cleaned. Towels were not provided. I believe it would be fair to eat a discount , because the lack of service.
