Downtown Montreal location with top floors having great views (see pictures below). There’s a lounge on 20th floor with vue to Mont Royal. While this is primarily a student housing residence, the service was excellent: the breakfast was great, the room was really clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Overall, I gave this property 10/10 because it was above all expectations for this price even though the check-in experience was subpar (see below).

Very clean, nobody can access the entire building without the passes. Quiet evenings from both road side circulation and inside the building. Free breakfast vouchers. The building is located between two metro stations and near a lot of shopping businesses and malls. Was the cheapest of decent quality in peak tourism season for Montreal (1st-10th of August), not too crowded as well. Rooms are similar to Canadian Army shacks, two beds, one bathroom two nightstands per bed and enough closets to store all you have.

The breakfast was a great addition to the price of the booking. Everything was tasty. started a bit early at 6am. would have been great if it started from 8am-12pm

Facilities were very bright, modern, and open. Rooms were big with big windows as well. All the staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the cafeteria staff! The location was so convenient too. Overall super satisfied, especially for the price.
