Staff and concierge were extremely friendly. Best location to see old Montreal. Our room was beautiful and the lobby was exceptional for atmosphere. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the little chocolates on the nightstands every night and complimentary waters as well. I was very impressed with this place it’s the perfect size and the historical style of the building has been kept and enhanced! Best little boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious, loved the cosy feel throughout the whole hotel. Located in a great spot in Old Montreal. Looking forward to staying again!

Loved the downstairs common area. Great to relax and chill out and have a glass of wine. The fireplace was warm and cozy. All of the staff were extremely responsive. Loved the location in the historic district.

We didn't particularly like the location. It proved to be very noisy. As it's the old town there were lots of people moving around until late. Then unluckily, we had the window cleaners opposite doing two houses with a generator from 6.30am (I have pictures) lasting for at least 1.5h which was awful. The hotel knew nothing about it. The saving grace was the rooftop restaurant which we enjoyed for two evenings in a row just because we wanted to sit outside. The food choices were limited as they don't have a kitchen there but it was just great to sit outside and blankets were provided.

Room was on the third floor. It was spacious and furnished in an appropriate olde world style. The bed was huge and comfortable and the aircon quiet and effective. It was a little noisy in the streets below but nothing too bad. Restaurant was great too.
