Friendly staffs and nice location to get around! Very clean bathroom and toilet are separated in every room so no rush. Very safe to stay!

The location is fantastic as it was right next to the main Saint-Roch railway station and beside two tram stops serving the city. Even before we had checked in (we arrived 4 hours early for this) the staff were very helpful. One of them explained how to download the public transport app, how the ticketing worked and to purchase tickets on the system. We visited the triumphal arches and the aqueduct by tram before check in. The old city is well worth exploring. The hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Colourfully designed with a relaxed atmosphere.

Very convenient. Upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. Nice vibe. Parking is very convenient and good value. It was New Years Even and there seemed to be a karaoke sequinned-themed dinner available. Youthful crowd, but not noisy. Sleepy very well.
