Had a lovely smart big king room. Massive bed, massive tele, kettle and mini fridge provided. All very comfortable. There is a little gym, good enough for a small workout. Nice bar on site. I speak French and liked that the receptionist spoke back to me in nice clear French, rather than just defaulting to English.

Really so impressed with the hotel. Especially love the bar/cafe - fab ambiance, great place to hang out in the day or evening. Singular negative is the breakfast which I find just a bit limited and comparatively poor in terms of quality of offering and range. But please don’t think that means bad. It’s not. Must give acknowledgement to brilliant ladies at front desk - one especially - sorry I didn’t get her name. I can speak French but it’s been a while so I am rusty. She asked if I would like to speak English. I said no, I need to practice. And she said (in French) ok, I will perhaps speak a little slower in French.and if you get stuck we can use English. Just so brilliant! Thoughtful. My daughter and I were wowed!! My daughter said ‘isn’t that the best attitude and service we have ever had in France’ - and you know, she is kind of right.

The property was very nicely located and decorated inside. Almost all staff were met weee extremely kind! Would highly recommend this place to others.

- Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very attentive - Facilities were super clean, all the time. It's rare that during cleaning services they vacuum thoroughly, on top of that the cleaning supervisor would occasionally check in to see if more amenities were required or any last minute request - Breakfast is 22 Euros but it's delicious, the source the best of all local products and have them available during breakfast - Room was so spacious, it was like a small apartment - Check-in early was accommodated free of charge - Staff would always greet us every time we would arrive and leave - Location is 2 minute walk from main downtown plaza, and 30 second walk to Train Station

A plus to the understanding staff! My best friend/dog and I were welcome everywhere within the hotel, it was a seamless check in and check out, breakfast had everything I needed to start our day and more for my best friend to have some semblance of her routine restored. Definitely a pet-friendly hotel.

Everything was nice at this hotel. Rooms very clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect for old city and Place de la Comédie. Secure parking. New water bottles was provided every day.
