Beautiful place, stunning location! The pool is incredible also, really loved swimming at sunset. It is very peaceful, and we were lucky when we were there as we were the only guests so we had the place to ourselves :-) The room was spotless and huge, with unbroken views to Monsaraz. They are incredibly hospitable, and for our anniversary gifted us a cake, decorated the room with heart balloons and gave us a nice bottle of local red wine. What a lovely surprise!! Breakfast the next day also had hearts on our table :-) The breakfast is generous and the scrambled eggs are some of the best we've had. YUM. We were also given early check-in and late check-out, making for a truly stress-free night away! Thank you!

Nestled in a serene and picturesque part of Alentejo, Herdade Monte Peral offers the perfect location for those looking to unwind. The hospitality was top-notch, with every staff member making sure we felt right at home. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to our days of exploration. After spending the day discovering the beauty of Alentejo, the swimming pool was the perfect spot to cool down and relax. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and warm hospitality in this stunning region.

Cozy space in a quiet and beautiful location. Super friendly staff, exemplary cleanliness, very nice swimming pool open 24 hours, good Wi-Fi, terrace in the room asking for a few minutes of contemplation of the unique night sky in Alqueva. Very good breakfast and the staff don't miss anything. It has a common area that allows you to make barbecue, or heat food in a microwave. The relative proximity to the beach river of Azenhas del Rei and Monsaraz, makes the stay complete. 10 stars
