The property’s location was perfect for us, a quiet place and not very far from the railway station / centre. The property was clean and comfortable plus the owner Stefan was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The host, Stefano is really great. We encountered a strike by the train we were booked on and could not get to the property on the day we were due to check in. He kindly allowed us to cancel 1 night's stay given a very short notice. Other properties might not be as accommodating given the circumstances. The room is also very big and comfortable, and Stefano also provided simple breakfast even though it is not included in the room rate.

Great location, super clean and above all - Stefano, which is so kind and welcoming. Helped us with recommendations for the area and provided pastries for breakfast. We also had to change our plans due to trains strike and he kindly canceled our last night reservation.

This was a very nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, and a nice town to visit. Stefani was great, he brought us breakfast and was willing to do anything he could to make us feel at home.

Location, the room was clean , spacious, comfortable and well presented . Stefano was great to communicate with. Delicious pastries were delivered to our door each morning with an assortment of jams, honey and Nutella. Lovely deck upstairs to relax and eat breakfast or have an aperitif. Was a treat to have the room serviced each morning.

The accommodation was spotless and very well maintained. Great bathroom with a good-sized shower! Although no breakfast is stipulated, Stefano the host would deliver some croissants and /or focaccia fresh from the bakery for breakfast. You could enjoy this with the tea and coffee making facilities in your room. Great value for your money.

Stefano was great and really accommodating. The location is great if visiting the towns, quiet as not on the main street. He was so helpful and let us leave our bags on the final day.
