The host was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and provided basics. The breakfast selection was plentiful. It's a beautiful setting with the cows mooing overlooking the beautiful scenery.

EVERYTHING ,mainly the owner Sonia She was a very lovely woman, from the moment we arrived we felt at home, she was very friendly and had a joyful presence.. she obviously loves what she does and it was a pleasure meeting her The place is located perfectly just on the cusp of montepulciano but only 5 minute drive away by car from the historic center.. it is located on a hill overlooking a beautiful tuscan scenery, very peaceful and quiet, you only hear the sounds of birds chirping and nature .. there was an infinity pool ( we didnt get to use it unfortunately due to tge weather) it is dreamy and can be used all hours.. The rooms are surrounded by a big garden with many places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or just stare at the view and relax, each corner was different. Our room was beyond beautiful, it was designed very elegantly, smelled amazing and very very clean .. the attention to detail in everything around the room was amazing and you can tell it was all done with love and care Breakfast was wonderful, all the essentials and more, versatile and simple but delicious , sonia was very attentive and accomodating. We must point out to tge fact that they also sell their locally made wine and olive oil - both extremely delicious- When we asked for a bottle of their house wine to enjoy at night with the views we were surprised that she did not charge us for it at check out and told us it was a gift from her, honestly it was not that much to pay for an amazing bottle of good local homemade wine, but the gesture was priceless to us and we ended up buying a bottle of their olive oil ( its a MUST) All in all a perfect tuscan experience, it was dreamy and fairytale like We HIGHLY AND STRONGLY recommend staying here

Very nice host. Clean room and comfortable beds. Perfect garden and clean pool with amazing view. We wish we could stay more than one day. Great location only 15mins out of the Montepulciano. You can buy local productes.

We had a great time in this property, which is close to the iconic views of Tuscany. The host was so friendly and took additional steps to take care of us. Breakfast was delicious.
