Picturesque village, 2 bedrooms + diner, stylish decor, air con, kitchen cupboard ( not that we felt like cooking), restaurant next door

The hotel is very nice - spacious rooms, rustic and romantic. You have both a seaview and the view on the other side of the valley and the mountains. The spa is very pleasant and you can really relax there. Garden is very relaxing as well. We've spent a good 2-week vacation there. The town itself is small but very pleasant, and you have a 360-degree view from it as it is situated on the highest mountain in the area. You can make a number of trips from there - to Urbino, to the seaside, to "borghi più belli d'Italia" like Mondavio, Corinaldo, Morro d'Alba. The owner, Pietro, is very approachable and easygoing - he will do everything to solve any type of a problem or a request. He's a great host. To sum up, I highly recommend this place.
