Beautiful location with a view of the Marche rolling hills. Small bedroom maybe a tad too basic but extremely clean and quiet. Small bathroom lacking hooks, shelves or a flat surface to lay toiletries on. Kind and friendly staff. Poor breakfast. Restaurant only average. Price is 20/30% in excess of what one would expect to pay for the overall quality offered.

This place is truly wonderful and gorgeous, where time seems to stand still in this scenic village. The apartments are beautiful and exude charm at every corner, creating an unforgettable experience. From the delightful restaurant to every thoughtful detail in the rooms, you can feel the care and attention that makes this hotel a very special place. We would be happy to come back

We stayed at this property for one night during our journey south. It was easy to find, and about a 15-minute drive from the motorway. The accommodation's setting was fantastic, within the ancient walls of the quiet hill-top village. The property owns a number of houses in the town, and our room was within one of these, just a short walk from the main building. We enjoyed a vert tasty dinner in the outside restaurant, and breakfast in the main building's inside breakfast room. The owner/manager, Matteo, was very welcoming, and kindly helped us out in a number of ways.

We loved the antique character of the hotel - the accommodation is spread out over several houses and apartments in the village.
