The food and staff engagement was very good. I liked the option of eating authentic Jamaican cuisine. A good selection of music was played at the beach and the staff are generally helpful.

The person who did the activities on the beach was exceptional. He was very friendly, interacted well and he kept us interested in his activities most of the day. His aerobics class was brilliant. Everyone who participated in his activities had a fun and enjoyable day.

The customer service was top tier. Big up to the waitress zaria and the entertainer country. The food was very good and the hotel was nice and clean. Our room had all the necessary amenities and our stock was replenished daily. Overall it's was definitely value for money and we'll definitely be revisiting.

It was close to the airport. The staff was friendly starting from the front desk, waiter/waitress, host/hostess, janitors, life guards. Every one was friendly, polite, accommodating, pleasant and made the overall experience a memorable one. The daily activities were amazing, fun and entertaining. The food at the buffet was awesome. There was something for everyone regardless of ethnicity.

Bar was a nice area, staff refilled which was a nice touch. Breakfast was largely good except having to queue for an omelette - would've been nice to have other egg options without having to queue. The jerk area by the beach was cool, the quiz was fun there.

The staff was very helpful, understanding and friendly. They made efforts to ensure all our questions were answered and provided the necessary guidance. They gave us a unique touch, in our room and at the dining experience, that added to our celebration. A good variety in the meals offered and meals were very tasty. The staff took great lengths to ensure visitors were adequately engaged and entertained. Really liked the thoughtfulness in all the activities.
