The S Hotel and all the staff are amazing, we had such a wonderful time.The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the airport and set on a sandy beach, no problems getting a sun bed. All the staff are wonderful, we went on the history tour of the property and joined in with everything around the pool, the animation team were wonderful and truly skilled at encouraging every one to join in. We booked the A La Cart themed restaurants, the week before we arrived. They were all excellent and were lucky enough to be waited on by Glenora, who was so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return, it was a very special and wonderful holiday.

Great location, right on the beach (Doctor’s Cave). Good facilities, good food, including the themed restaurants and, best of all, great staff! We also enjoyed the characterful vintage vehicles and art installations around the entrance and also on every floor on the interior. It was great to see Jamaican heritage and culture celebrated in this way.

Staff, location, pool area, bar area and beach all fantastic We had an ocean view room with cabana and it was amazing. We really enjoyed having our own space by the pool although there was never a shortage of beds around either

The authentic Jamaican influence throughout the property depicting everyday life , culture and influences were appreciated as was the hotel tour conducted by Andre who took the time to explain the background of the hotel and artwork throughout. These local touches were hard to find in other resorts along the coast. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them from ensuring our excursion went ahead after being potentially cancelled due to weather through to specially cooking food for me separate to the buffet as I have many dietary restrictions. The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff could be continuously seen clearing tables and glassware as well as cleaning public areas. The pool and beach staff also made sure out needs were looked after. We appreciated the private beach area for guests only. We were disappointed to have to leave but hope we can return one day.

10 mins transfer to Airport. Nice private beach area. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. Good food quality for an all-inclusive resort. Friendly and attentive staff.

-best location, right on the beach, very close to the airport. spectacular seaview from the room and well working AC. -boutique hotel with compact territory yet it didn't feel overcrowded. -main buffet restaurant food was great with variety of choices. and coffee shop was a useful addition to the main food options. -stable enough WIFI. -mini bar refills -many pillows -staff is accommodating
