Buffet food, very good choices, for all three meals. Al La Carte was very good apart from the Italian option! Some of the waiting staff in the buffet restaurants were bordering rude and on occasion very slow This is apart from these minor points a great place, wonderful beach frontage and close to airport It is much bigger than expected

The only thing was the lifts where not working which ment that the walking was abit to much for me as I suffer with my mobility and requested a lower floor as I cannot go in lifts but the staff where amazing our housecleaning lady LATOYA was absolutely wonderful nothing was to big for her our overall experience was fantastic and I have booked to return back

My husband and I stayed at Catalonia Montego Bay – All Inclusive as part of our wedding and honeymoon trip to Jamaica. Throughout our stay on the island, we had been enjoying several high-end all-inclusives, but toward the end of the trip, we were looking for something more affordable — and we were so glad we found Catalonia! Considering the price, we were honestly amazed at how beautiful the resort was. While it’s not an adults-only resort, we found it very family- and kid-friendly, with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. One of our favorite parts was the little island area by the beach — it was absolutely lovely and made for some peaceful and romantic moments during our stay. The staff were also great; we even made a good friend at the hotel lobby who made us feel especially welcomed. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we did notice the bathtub wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked, and there was a small bug there. It didn’t ruin our experience, but it's worth mentioning. At checkout, we did feel that more assistance could’ve been provided. There weren’t many staff available to help with luggage, likely because they were attending to a large number of guests at the time. A bit more support during that process would have been appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with what Catalonia offers at such a reasonable rate. It was a lovely and relaxing way to end our honeymoon trip.

For me and my partner every thing was excellent your staff is everything you can ever hope for. The staff are very friendly and the facility is well maintained. There’s many places to relax in the sun on a beach or by the pool. The jurk, burger and ice cream bars are a nice addition to.
