A very comfortable and clean hotel with excellent breakfasts. The staff is especially welcoming – a special mention to Mariana at the reception, who is always ready to help and make the stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied with the service and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really lovely staff and our room was great. I think we were upgraded to a junior suite. Very close to the ‘Spa’s’ of Montecatini-Terme.

I stayed at LHP Hotel multiple times due to work, and each visit has been nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stays even more enjoyable. During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Nadisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience at both dinner and breakfast was top-notch. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference in my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I must mention that the food at the facility is simply amazing. Every meal I had was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall positive experience.

Lovely rooftop pool/restaurant. Nice room. We ordered a balcony but did not receive one. But the room was still very nice.

NATALIA, LARA,FRANCESCO,RAUL and the other staff were exceptional. The hotel is fully renovated and modern. The restaurant is a must and the food is really good. Overall the service at the reception and the resturant impressed me the most.
