Alex is a very charismatic, hospitable, friendly host. If you want to explore the area, he will help you without hesitation (even making bookings for you). We enjoyed our stay in Bell Bird and would recommend it to anyone looking to get the most out of their time in Monteverde.

Very nice host. Very clean. Well placed to see the sunset. Breakast for very good and they also offer the possibility to have drinks or food in their restaurant.

The owner Alexis was fantastic. He picked us up from the bus station, booked our tours and when we had to catch the bus at 04:00 he gave us a takeaway breakfast pack.
