The place has a great location in Monteverde, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and some points of interest. The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also explained the tours and parks and provided plenty of useful information. We appreciated that the accommodation includes breakfast. Regarding the room, for the cheap price, I can’t complain—it was very basic. However, I think the bedding was dirty. We stayed in a room where we could hear noise from the neighbor living next to the hotel. The neighbor played loud reggaeton music and even attempted to rap, which was quite funny. We asked the staff for help to get him to lower the volume. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this might not be the best option, as you can hear noise from other guests too. That said, it’s what you would expect for a budget-friendly stay. If you’re just passing through and don’t mind the noise, this place could work for you.

The hosts were very nice. The location is good. Near stores, restaurants and everything you need to organize your activities. Breakfast was good. Nice, hot water in the shower after a rainy day was all we needed, and we got it. Bed is comfortable. Also, the fridge in the room is a plus.

The personel is so nice, very helpful with good recommandations for anything you'd like. The breakfast offers you a few choice where everything is good. It is a really good quality for the price.

We loved staying with Eddy and his family! They were very welcoming and Eddy was really helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and they even prepared us a traditional Costa Rican breakfast on request - trust me it was delicious! Location is perfect and rooms comfortable! (Also the pet dog and cat are adorable!)

Nice modern room, comfortable bed and hot shower with good water pressure, much better than other accommodations in Costa Rica that we have been in! The swings in the room are a nice relaxing addition to read a book in. Good location and very helpfull and friendly staff. They provide a map of Monteverde and explain and help book tours.

Staff were very kind and helpful from the moment I arrived, helping me arrange tours and offering recommendations. The banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious, and I was a sucker for the resident dachshund! Short walk (uphill) to the main part of town, close to supermarket and several restaurants.

The apartment was in the forest town Monteverde, close to the Main Street for food. The staff were super helpful! They told us the best places to go, and assisted us when our hire car was broken.
