The owners were friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially with our transfer from the airport. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. Location is a close walk to downtown.

Really lovely hosts who were very welcoming, made a nice breakfast (homemade pancakes and fruit), helpful with booking transfers. Discovered a nice cafe very near (cafe capucchino) which had a fab view.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The two options for breakfast were freshly cooked to order and plentiful.

Very lovely hotel in a convenient location. The hotel was very helpful with helping to organize our tours and transfer to another town. The part that I liked the most was a lovely breakfast in the nearby cafe included in the price (they served the best pancakes) and had a super nice view.

Very convenient for gravitating around Monteverde and making various visits to the region, even if the hotel is a little isolated. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The welcome is truly wonderful.
