Hotel has a fantastic location and ambiance too, however rooms and mostly the bathrooms, lighting system, aircon desperately need to be refreshed. I hope you go for it soon to make the hotel up to date in 21st century .

The service is excellent on all levels and from all members of staff we felt completely welcomed and looked after. The tea choices in our room were for one person ( one teabag of each flavour) and no teapot. We thought it was limited choice compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in who also offer for example, complementary home made biscuits or packaged sweet treats. This is a nice touch we felt was missing. Aside from this minor detail everything else was superb and we will definitely return with our family in the near future as we really enjoyed our stay. Very elegant, lovely staff and the communal areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The food was very good and the Spa also excellent.
