Amazing staff - they are the ones who also serve breakfast at the restaurant (wonderful ladies and breakfast was great). Apartment is as advertised - spacious and well stocked. There was an issue with water leaking out the shower that they helped to fix but I think that is just european bathrooms in general. The place is spacious, clean and most areas were renovated. Housekeeping comes daily and replenishes toiletries. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were very nice - the 3rd one with the cot was slightly lacklustre than the rest of the apartment but still clean and functional. Location was also great.

The location is excellent. It is across a parking lot, so you don't have to carry the luggage. Our room was very beautiful, the bathroom gorgeous and we loved the breakfast.

The staff were wonderful, especially during the wine tasting at the family winery Tassi and breakfast. We had a lovely time exploring Montalcino the beautiful countryside even watching a local football game from the wall of the castle.
