All as expected, simple large clean room, adequate towels provided. Quiet surroundings, aircon worked fine, pool clean and inviting. Breakfast was good, basic but with home made jams which were delicious.

the real Italian rural essence of a true agriturismo, not just a posh touristic place but a truly family driven host to welcome people in the most warm way. the host Paola is absolutely lovable and the husband is incredibly gifted for BBQ. The real home made "fiorentina steak" is not the one you find at a Michelin restaurant but is the real traditional juicy perfect steak you would eat at home... a masterpiece!
