The resort facilities was great and very well maintained. Our Hotel stay , the breakfast and restaurant meals was of great quality and the services received from staff was excellent! We already can't wait to book again next year.

The pool was very nice with the slides. During the day its a bit crowded with all the day visitors, but can understand its holidays. But at night it was very nice. The breakfast buffet was ok, not so great. The chalets are nice.

The pools were amazing with a temperature that is just right. We were travelling with our 1 year old and he loved his pool session. The staff is also amazing. Very approachable and always helpful. We loved the food. It was well prepared and had a homely feel to it. Our room was okay but I guess it’s an old building so there is some maintenance that’s needed in some areas. Our room also had a weird stench that felt like a the room had not been used in a while. But overall we had a great stay.

Breakfast was excellent good variety to choose from. The room was well maintained and serviced daily. The pools were very good well kept and clean. possibly a little hot at 38degrees.

The service we received from the hotel staff was amazing and they were friendly.. Whenever needed, they were available. Rooms were clean and better than the images advertised. Breakfast was also good. Place was extremely safe

The staff was very friendly very helpful and very professional and welcoming. They are also very efficient and and attending to all our queieries and need immediately. The lady that provided our welcome drinks was such a hype and so friendly and helpful and overall just really helped set the mood for the weekend.
