The location was stunning and the rooms were attractive, spacious and had fireplaces. The staff were outstandingly helpful (particularly Justine) and really made the stay a pleasure. Nothing felt too much trouble. We had a lovely couple of days staying here and would certainly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and garden. The food was an absolute delight, with each dish being a masterpiece of flavor. A truly wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the lake were wonderful! The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff and service was amazing. Hope to return again soon.

Not much to fault here. 1 of the rooms we had (207) had a constant series of clicking throughout the night.

Beautiful lake view room with live fireplace, roomy and confortable. Large bathroom (with bidet). Dinner at the Quintessence restaurant was great, also nice wine selection. Good breakfast (no buffet). Nice outdoor pool and lake access.
