The best customer service we received at a hotel in our 30 years of travelling all over the world. Anyone who booked with Booking.com were given can of Coke in the room every day, 1 free lunch. Glass boat and kayaking were free. The hotel manager Francesco is one of the best hotel managers I have had the pleasure of meeting. He takes time out to engage and speak with the guests. Jennifer Lopez's customer service is superb. Rest of the staff were also excellent and very professional. The hotel is located near the Mon Choisy beach, which has fine white sand, perfect for body scrubbing. They have daily activities throughout the day and night for adults and children. The service is better than most 4/5 starts we've stayed at. Outstanding hotel with highly professional staff from management, to catering, house keeping to maintenance and grounds team.

A hotel that exceeded all expectations! An amazing hotel with a warm and professional approach from the staff, who took care of every need we had. The room was beautiful with a sea view, clean, and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was varied, served as a rich buffet. The hotel had a great atmosphere where we always felt comfortable. There were excellent facilities for children, including a playground and a playroom that was open not only during the day but also for a while in the evening, so parents could enjoy a quiet dinner. Almost every evening, there was an entertainment program for both children and adults. Since we also needed to work remotely from the hotel, we requested a room with good internet coverage. The reception provided us with a special router that was for our use only, and it worked perfectly for our remote work needs. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation at a very good price. The hotel is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, Mont Choisy Beach.

The room was tastefully and modernly furnished, and it looked recently renovated. We had a view of the sea and stunning sunsets. We opted for half-board, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We liked also the garden and swimming pool.

Rooms with ocean views were nice and had great views. Our room cleaning lady worker was excellent and so was the young lady at the front desk who was so helpful when I lost my rooms entry card.

I recommend it to everyone with its perfect view, beautiful nature, friendly staff Especially the shilpa. they have top notch cuisine, and professional hospitality. and in the end of course we will come back again 💕.
